The structure of O type ball valves:
O type ball valve body is installed inside the middle through the hole of the ball. The ball is opened with a diameter equal to the diameter of the pipe hole. The ball can be rotated in the sealing seat, in the direction of the pipeline on both sides of a circular elastomer to achieve sealing. By rotating the ball 90°, you can change the direction of the through hole, the ball valve switch can be realized.
O type ball valve spool (ball) is spherical. From the point of view of structure, the ball seat is embedded in the valve body side seat. The relative moving parts are self-lubricating materials with minimal friction coefficient, so the operation torque is small. In addition, the long-term sealing of sealing grease makes the operation more flexible. Generally, it is used for two-position adjustment, and the flow characteristic is for fast opening.
The principle of O type ball valves:
When the O type ball valve is fully open, it is smooth on both sides for no obstruction valves. It is formed straight channel and two-way sealing. With the characteristics of "self-cleaning" best performance, it is suitable for especially unclean occasions containing fiber medium. The ball core in the valve opening and closing process always produces friction with the valve. At the same time, the sealing between the valve core and the valve seat is achieved by the pre-tight sealing force, however, because of the excellent mechanical and physical properties of the soft seal seat, the sealing is especially good.
The structure of V type ball valves:
The core of V type ball valves is with V type structure. The valve core is 1/4 ball shell with v-notch and flow capacity. It has the adjustable range, with shear force. It can close the characteristics of tight. It is especially suitable for fluid material with fibrous conditions. In general, V ball valves are single sealing ball valves. It is not suitable for two-way use.
The edge of the spore is V-shaped, and there is a V-shaped opening on the ball. With the rotation of the ball, the flow can be adjusted by the change of the opening area in the middle, and the impurities in the fluid can be cut off and closed. It is suitable for the control of pulp, mortar and viscous fluid.
The principle of V type ball valves:
It has a V-shaped edge to cut off impurities. In the process of ball rotation, the v-shaped knife edge and valve seat are tangent, so as to cut off the fiber and solid material in the fluid, and the general ball valve does not have this function. It is easy to cause the fiber impurities stuck when closed, to bring great inconvenience to repair and maintenance. The v type ball valve spool is not stuck by the fiber. In addition, due to the use of flange connection form, it is easy to disassemble with no special tools, and the maintenance is simple. When the valve is closed, V-notch and the valve seat is between the scissors. It has a self-cleaning function and can prevent the ball core stuck. The structure of valve body, valve cover and valve seat respectively are metal. The small friction coefficient of stem spring is used. Therefore, the operation torque is small and very stable.
