Forged Steel Valve

There are mainly four kinds of high-quality forged Steel valves made by Topper, including forged ball valves, forged gate valves, forged globe valves and forged check valves.

Forged Steel valves are the general name of all kinds of valves manufactured by forging. Forged valves are resistant to high temperatures and high pressures and are more durable than valves made in other ways. The structures of forged valves are very simple, which can be operated effortlessly and convenient to be installed and disassembled. Their effect on fluid resistance is very small, which is conducive to the flow of fluid and saves time on transportation to a certain extent.
 

Forged Steel ball valves are ball valves with new structures, advanced technology and reliable performance. They are suitable for petroleum, chemical, power and other industries and applied to pipelines, tanks and containers as opening and closing devices, transporting water, steam, oil and a variety of corrosive gas, liquid and other media. Forged ball valves have small fluid resistance with the full flow design and are convenient to be installed and disassembled. Featuring good fire-proof property, they are able to ensure reliable sealing effects in the case of accidental fire and prevent sealing surfaces from being eroded by media. And valve seats own special sealing structures, which can play a protective role when seal rings are damaged and leakage occurs.

Forged Steel gate valves are suitable for working conditions with all kinds of pressure, and are used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, power industry and other occasions to cut off and connect media in pipelines. The surface of the valve shaft is nitrogenized to possess excellent corrosion and friction resistance. Forged gate valves own a variety of end connections, like screwed, welded and flange connections, and have an optional bolted bonnet, welded bonnet or pressure sealed bonnet.

Forged Steel globe valves refer to globe valves made by integrated forging, which feature high-pressure resistance and fine sealing performance and own the structure of outside screw and yoke. The integral embedded design effectively prevents fluid from entering the bonnet and ensures that the operation of the valve will not be affected if the leakage of media happens.

Forged Steel check valves are manufactured by forging and designed strictly with international standards API 602, ASME B16.34 or equivalent. They have high-performance flow channels and good sealing feature, which are easy to be installed and maintained on site and save energy losses. Also, they are able to provide excellent service in steam-generation stations, industrial chemical plants and thermal power plants.
