The pneumatic ball valve is a ball with a ring keyway for opening and closing parts. The ball rotates with the seat in order to complete the switch position of the gate valve. The opening time of some structures is only 0.05 to 0.1s, to ensure that it can be used in the automation technology of the experimental platform. When the gate valve is opened and closed rapidly, there is no impact on the actual operation.

3. The pneumatic ball valve has a good sealing function. At this stage, most of the pneumatic ball valve balls are also manufactured with PTFE and other malleable raw materials. Generally speaking, the tightness of the soft seal is also easy to ensure, and the processing precision and precision of the sealing surface are not very high.

4. The pneumatic ball valve has a long life, because PTFE has excellent self-wetting, and sliding friction damage with the triangular prism. Because of the improvement of the ball production process, the hardness is reduced and then enhanced the life of the gate valve.
