Electric ball valves are important actuators in industrial automation control systems. Electric butterfly valves belong to a variety of electric valves and electric control valves. The main connection methods of butterfly valves are the flange type and wafer type.

The main sealing forms of butterfly valves include rubber sealing and metal sealing. The butterfly valve controls its opening and closing through a power signal. This product can be used as a shut-off valve, control valve, and check valve for pipeline systems. Equipped with a manual control device, it can be temporarily operated manually without affecting usage in case of power failure. The ball valve is a valve that rotates around the axis of the valve stem based on the movement of the valve disc. The change in the valve seat opening is directly proportional to the valve disc stroke. It is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in pipelines, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control. It is a pipeline pressure component for industrial automation process control.

The structural characteristics of electric ball valves are as follows.

The working power supply usually includes AC220V, AC380V, etc.
Input signal: weak current signals such as 4-20mA0-10v. After the adjustment,  the electric actuator and valve stem are connected and debugged. Use electrical energy as the driving force to drive the hard-sealed butterfly valve plate and perform a partial rotation motion of 0 to 90 degrees. Receive 4-20mA signals from industrial automation control systems to control valve opening, thereby achieving adjustment and control of different process parameters such as flow, temperature, and pressure.

Installation and maintenance of electric butterfly valves:
1. During installation, the valve disc should be stopped in the closed position.
2. The opening position should be determined according to the rotation angle of the butterfly plate. 3. Butterfly valves with bypass valves should be opened before opening.
